Terra do Avia

Once the grapes have been received, the process begins with de-stemming and refrigeration, followed by pressing in horizontal pneumatic presses. The drained must is flooded by flotation and then controlled fermentation at low temperature. Clarified by decanting and transfer. Filtered by diatomaceous earth. Stabilized and later bottled by 0.45micron amicrobic filtration.
