All purchases made on Terradocastelo.com are subject to the general purchase conditions set out in this document. The approved sales are distance sales regulated by Law 47/2002. 1.- Price list

All the prices shown in the lists of our products are, unless otherwise indicated, without transport. The final purchase summary shows the final price of the purchase, indicating the amount corresponding to the applicable taxes. For orders from outside Spain it is recommended to request a quote, since prices may vary depending on quantities, transport and payment method.

2.- Payment systems

Below are the different payment methods supported by our virtual store.

Cooperativa San Roque de Beade SCG reserves the right not to send the merchandise if it has any indication of fraudulent operation or stolen card.

3.- Shipping methods and delivery times

Cooperativa San Roque de Beade SCG reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company by which it is made, regardless of what is stated in these pages and as long as it does not entail a manifest damage to the customer.

4.- Guarantee

Cooperativa San Roque de Beade SCG customers benefit from the specific guarantee for each product. Thus, if the product has a manufacturing defect or there is a justified reason, the customer may request the replacement of the material. In the event that the product is not in stock, the order will be pending shipment until it is replaced. However, the customer may also request a replacement for another item or a refund of the amount paid. Defects or damage due to improper use of the products are excluded from this guarantee, as well as losses in functionality due to the limitation of their design.

In matters not provided for in this clause, you must refer to Law 23/2003, of July 10, on guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, or to the regulations in force at all times.

6.- Limitation of liability

It is the customer's responsibility to be technically and medically trained to use the articles that are distributed on our website.

7.- Legislation and jurisprudence

These general conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain on the matter, which will be applied subsidiarily in everything that has not been provided for therein. The contract will be presumed entered into at the commercial address of Cooperativa San Roque de Beade SCG, a place that will determine the competent jurisdiction in the possible conflicts that may arise in the future.
